Privacy Notice
This notice explains how information may be handled when you visit the SIS website or contact us. It is written for the current public-site scope and must be reviewed again before production launch.

Information we may receive
When you contact SIS by email, WhatsApp, telephone, or the website enquiry form, you may provide your name, contact details, message, and any information you choose to include.
The website and its infrastructure may also process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and security events. Lightweight analytics may provide aggregated visit information.
How we use information
We may use information to respond to an enquiry, provide requested information, operate and secure the website, understand general website usage, meet legal obligations, and improve our services.
Service providers and disclosure
Website hosting, email delivery, security, analytics, and messaging providers may process limited information on our behalf. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect people, rights, or systems.
Website enquiries and career applications are emailed to SIS. The website stores your submitted name, masked email address, form type, timestamps and limited delivery status information to help authorised staff check delivery. It does not store message contents, phone numbers, full visitor email addresses or résumés. Messages remain with the email provider and receiving SIS accounts under their respective retention practices.
Career applications
When you apply for a published role, the website processes your contact details and PDF résumé to email the application to SIS recruitment through our email delivery provider. Only your name, masked email address and limited delivery metadata are retained on the website for monitoring. No applicant account is created, and the résumé and application contents are not stored in the website database or file storage.
After our email provider accepts your application for SIS recruitment, we also attempt to send an automated acknowledgement to your submitted email address. This contains your name and the role title, with no résumé attachment. Copies may remain with the email delivery provider and in the recipients’ mailboxes under their respective retention and security practices. Contact SIS using the details on this page if you have a question about recruitment information or want to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
Retention and safeguards
Website delivery-monitoring records expire 90 days after submission and are automatically removed by a daily cleanup. These records are limited to names, masked email addresses and delivery metadata. Email-provider, receiving-mailbox and backup retention are separate from the active website monitoring database. Other information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, record-keeping, dispute handling or legal requirements.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and questions
You may ask a privacy question or request access or correction by emailing siswillwriting@yahoo.com or calling 03-80631886. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
